RENTAL FEE FOR USE OF THE EAYFRONT
PARK AUDITORIUM BY THE LITTLE HAVANA
ACTIVITIES CENTER, INC. , FOR THE PUR-
POSE OF FIOLDING ITS SENIOR BICENTENNIAL
SHOWCASE ON MAY 5, 1976, SUBJECT TO PAY-
MENT OF EVENT PERSONNEL, LIGHTS,
_ INSURANCE AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS BORNE

i,,LLSNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That rental fees be waived for the use of the Bayfront
Park Auditorium by the Little Havana Activities Center, Inc., for the
purpose of holding its Senior Bicentennial Showcase on May 5, 1976.
Section 2. That waiver is subject to payment of event personnel,
lights, insurance and other direct costs borne by the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22 day of APRIL , 1976.
