A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE SUM OF $10,600600 FROM 1972 PARKS FOR PEOPLE RECREATIONAL FACILITY BOND FUND TO PAY FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES TO WILSON APPRAISAL CO,,INC, IN THE CASE OF CITY W. FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY, ET AL., CASE #72-17071, WHEREAS, Resolution No. 76-275 allocated funds for the acquisi- tion of the Florida East Coast Railway property on Biscayne Boulevard, referred to in this case as Parcels A, B and C; and WHEREAS, now certain costs attending this lawsuit have become due and payable, to -wit: Appraisal services representing several months work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF 'T_`AE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the sum of $10,600.00 is hereby allocated from the 1972 Parks for People Recreational Facility Bond Fund. Section 2. That the Finance Director be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay the firm of Wilson Appraisal Co., Inc. the sum of $10,600.00. PASSED AID ADOPTED THIS 22 DAY OF :APR I L, 1976. Wilson Appraisal Company back in August 1975 and he has been continuously working and building his appraisal report which was used by us at our Order of Taking hearing on April 8, 1976.
