RESOLUTION NO. 76-420
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
PERMIT TO CENTRO MATER FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES
AT 353 S.W. 4 STREET, IN CONNECTION WITH
ITS FESTIVAL -CARNIVAL ON MAY 15 AND 16, 1976,
SUBJECT TO 'CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A permit is hereby authorized to be
issued to CENTRO MATER for amusement rides at 353 S.W.
4 Street, in conjunction with its festival -carnival on
May 15 and 16, 1976, subject to certain terms and condi-

2. The operators of the amusement rides shall
obtain the necessary licenses, permits and

3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry
on ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will
provide sanitary facilities for both male
and female partrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides
will not domicile on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the
premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be
contacted and the number of off -duty police-
men that the Department feels are necessary
to direct traffic and provide for security
will be employed by the permit holder.
