Resolution Request - City of
Miami Shoi,vtnobile
In the past, whenever the City Commission has waived
the normal fee for use of the Cityts Showmobile, the
direct costs associated with this use have been borne
by the City.
Labor, materials, and often times staff overtime is
involved, and these costs should be paid by the user.
It is now in order for the City Commission to establish
the policy whereas direct costs associated with the
City's Shol.vmobile be paid by the user when the normal
fee is waived by Commission action.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF THE ATTACHED
RESOLUTION.
