A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-226,
ADOPTED FEBRUA RY ?6, 1976 WHICH HAD ACCEPTED
THE BID OF INTERNATIONAL FIBERGLASS INDUSTRIES
FOR THE FURNISHING OF PORTABLE DOCKS FOR
MORNINGSIDE PARK IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,841,11
WITHOUT INDICATING THE SOURCE OF FUNDS THERE-
FOR; BY I:iROVIDING IN SAID AMENDMENT FOR THE
ALLOCATION OF SAID FUNDS FROM THE 1972 PARK
AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BOND FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 76-226, adopted February 26,

1976, is hereby amended in the following particulars:
"Section 1. The bid of International Fiberglass
Industries received on January 26, 1976 for furnishing porta'le
docks for Morningside Park, in the amount of $6,841.11, for the
Parks and Recreation Department, is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized and directed to instruct the Purchasing
Division to issue a purchase order therefor with funds
allocated from the 1972 Park and Recreational Facilities
Bond Fund."
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22 day of APRIL
1976.
