A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY A. J, HOUSE & SONS, INC. AT
A TOTAL COST OF $101,942,75 AND AUTHORIZ-
ING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $10,006.18 FOR THE
FASHION HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4381 BID "B"
(STORM DRAINAGE) IN FASHION HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT H-4381 BID "B" (STORM DRAINACE)i.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June 6, 1975
'•et:aeen the City of Miami and A. J. House & Sons, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and A. J. House & Sons, Inc. has furnished the required docu-
ments certifying that all 'ills for labor and materials
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid
contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Pu1ic Works recommends
that the completed work be accented and final payment made
to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION

Section 1. The completed work performed by A. J.
House & Sons, Inc. for the construction of FASHION HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4381 BID "B" (STORM DRAINAGE) in FASHION
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT II-4381 BID "B" (STORM DRAINAGE)
is hereby accepted at a total cost of $101,942.75.
Section 2, The proper officials of the City of
Miami are herel .y author i. red and directed to pay A. J. House
& Sons, Inc„ after all conditions are met, a balance of
$10,006.18 as full and final payment for all work performed

A. J. House and Son; ,Inc. have completed the contract:
for FASHION HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-44 381 -• BID t'B (STORM
DRAINAGE), at a tonal cost of $101,9442.75.
The project: consisted of the construction of covered
ditches and [.Tench drains, including related structures
es
in conjunction with a highway improvement in an area
bounded on the south by N. W. 22 Lane, on the north by
N.W.28 Street, on the east by N.W. 2 Avenue, and on the
west by N.W. 6 Avenue.
It is now :in order for the Commission to accept the
completed work arty, authorize final payment:, after a1.1
cond:i.t:lons are met. The original contract amount was
109, 4492 . , and it was completed on time.
