A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY AD-A-LITE ELECTRIC* INC. AT
A TOTAL COST OF $75,238.45 AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $7,523.P5 FOR KINLOCH Tl
PARK - IMPROVEMENTS - 1975.

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June 17,
1975 between the City of Miami. and Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily com-
pleted and Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc. has furr.ished the
required documents certifying that all bills for Labor
and materials have been paid in full in connection with
the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Pu''lic Works recommends
that the completed work be accented and final payment made to
the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc. for the construction of KINLOCH
PARK - IMPROVEMENTS - 1975 at a total cost of $75,238.45
is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami are hereby authorized and directed to nay Ad-A-Lite
Electric, Inc., after all conditions are met, a balance
of $7,523.85 as full and final payment for all work

Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc. has completed the
renovation of an ex:i.st.i.n,r_-, community building
in t:i.nloch Park, which also included the install-
ation or some fencing. Ki n].och Park is located
at N.W. lith Terrace and h7th Avenue.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept
the completed work: and authorize final payment,
after all conditions are met. The orI f i.nal
contract. amount ::a $76,045.00, and it was
completed on time.
