RENTAL FEES FOR THE USE OF THE BALL MACHINE AT
DESIGNATED TENNIS ?ACILI'rIts IN THE CITY OF
MIAMI, REPEALING AL'L, ORDINANCES OR PARTS THEREOF
IN CONI'LtCT HEREWITH, CONTAINING A SEVERABIt,ITY
PROVISION AND PROVIDED FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS rising costs to the City of Miami Recreational
Program have necessitated changing the structure for fees for the
use of recreational facilities; and
WHEREAS,; it is essentialthat the fees as provided herein
be enforced as early as possible in order to provide adequate fund-
ing which is urgently, needed to maintain order and harmony within
the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, ,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 39-3 of the Code of/theCity of
Miami, Florida, as amended,, is hereby further amended by i.ncreas-'
ing the fee schedules as provided therein and by establishing
new fee schedules as hereinafter set forth, to wit:W
Section 39-3. Charges for use of. Hendersen-Par} and
Meere-Perk designated tennis facilities.

The following charges are hereby established for
the use of city -owned tennis facilities at-Hefdereen
Park-and-Meere-Park- as designated by the Department
of parks and Recreation:
Daytime Hours:
Students Youth: (thru: 17 yrs
of age)
Adults: (18 thru 59 yrs)

Nonresidents

Section 2. If any section, part ofsection paragraph,
clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid, the
remaining provisions of this ordinance shall not be affected.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances,
insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the pro-
visions of this ordinance, are hereby repealed.
Seotion 4: The_pfovitions of this otdinaho0 shall
become effective on May 1y 1916:
