WHEREAS," the Miami Planning AdVisory Board, at its
meeting of Match 3, 1976, Item No. 1, folloWing ar advertised
Heating, adopted Resolution No. PAB 8-76 by a 5 to 0 Vote (three
members absent) recommending an amendment to Ordinance No. 6871,
Article XXV, Section 1* by adding Paragraph (121-A) establishing
a zoned street width as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it advisable and in the
best interest of the. City of Miami and its inhabitants to amend said
rdinance as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
ITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive
oning Ordinance for the City of Miami be, and the same is hereby
mended by adding Paragraph (121-A) to Article XXV, Section 1,
stablishing a zoned street width to read as follows:
(121-A) 36th Court, S. W.,from S.W. 17th
Street South for approximately
140 feet. . . . . .20'feet
Section 2. All ordinances, code sections, or
hereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are

Section 3. Should any part or provision of this
Ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance.
