A RESOLUTION AUTHORIzING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM FOR THE
EXTERNAL AUDIT OF THE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS,
RECORDS AND FISCAL AFFAIRS OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEM=
BER 30, 1976.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with the certified
public accounting firm of
for the external audit of the financial accounts, records
and fiscal affairs of the City of Miami for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 1976.
