BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF !'MIAMI, FLORIDA! Section 1. The City Manager of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby directed to transfer $1300.00 from the Contingency Fund to the appropriate account to provide funds to the Florida Earth Society in connection with their Earth Day Program, as authorized by Resolution No. 76-216. City Manager recommends. 26. ** Ordinance amendment adopting Clouse Bill No. 4465 enacting a New Occupational License Law. ** The Legislature of the State of Florida, at their regular session in 1972 passed House Bill No. 4465. The City of Miami at present charges ten percent (10%) on licenses that are delinquent after November 1 of each year and are requesting the adoption of the twenty-five percent (25%) penalty allowed by State Statues;provided that the delin- quent penalty shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%). City Manager recommends. 27. ** Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to expend funds .from the Retirement Plan.Trust Fund in the amount of $480.00 for Registration and attendance at the Public Employees Conference.
