A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
TRANSFER $1400.00 FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND
TO THE APPROPRIATE ACCOUNT FOR SALARY OF
NORA SWAN, CHAIRMAN, CITY OF MIAMI BICENTEN-
NIAL COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, at the March 4, 1976 meeting, the City Commission
of the City of Miami, adopted Motion of Intent NO.'.76-236,
"to allocate the sum of $1400.00, representing one-half the
salary paid to Nora Swan by the School Board for a period of
nine (9) weeks, in order that said Nora Swan may continue her
activities in connection with the Bicentennial celebration";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager of the City of Miami, Florida,
is hereby directed to transfer $1400.00 from the Contingency
Fund to the appropriate account for salary of Nora Swan, Chair-
man, City of Miami Bicentennial Committee.
