BE IT ORDAINED; BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
Section 1. Subsection 56-12(b) Of Chapter 56, Article II,
entitled ''Taiticabs,, Sight -Seeing and For -Hire Cars", of the Code of the City

of Miami, Florida, as amended, is amehded in the folloWing particulars:
Sec. 56-12, Application for certificate; fee; filing of
intent to apply.
(b) A feeof twenty. -Live seventy-five dollars shall be
paid to the city at the time of filing any such applica-
tion, such fee to be applied to the cost of administering
the provisions of this article.
Section 2. If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining provisions
of this ordinance shall not be affected.,
Section 3." All ordinances or parts of ordinances, insofar as they
are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, are
hereby repealed.
Section 4. The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective
on April 5, 1976.
