BE IT oRbAINEt BY THE COMMISSION OF Tl CITY OP.4IAMi,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 43-8 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida,
as amended, entitled "Furnishing of information from police. records; fees for
certain services of police department", is hereby amended in the following

,particulars:
(a) The department of police may furnish, to any
person upon request, a written statement. certifying
"that the files of thedepartment have been checked
and fail to reveal any criminal record under the name
of that person. The statement may be furnished for
the sum of eight dollars for each such statement.
(b) The department, of police may, upon request,
take the fingerprints of any person and furnish such
person acard with the fingerprints thereon for the
sum of ene five dollars,for each card furnished when
the fingerprints are taken in the office of the depart-
ment. When the fingerprints are taken elsewhere, the
card may be furnished for the sum of Ewe eight dollars
acid-€i€ty-eent$ for each card.
(c) The identification bureau of the department of
public safety,division of police, shall furnish upon
request: •
1. An original copy of any accident or offense
report which is on file. with the identification bureau,
for the. sum of .eight 'dollarsHanda charge of fifty
eeeta'one dollar for each additional, copy.
2. The sum of eight, ten dollars shall be.collected
for each eight inch by ten inch photographic print of an
accident scene after such photograph or photographs have
been declared releasable by the Chief of police or his
designated agent,
3. -The sum of three four dollars shall be collected
for each three and one-half inch by five inch color photo-
graphic print and ten twelve dollars and fifty cents for
each'eight inch by ten inch color photographic print of an
accident scene after such photograph or photographs have .
been declared releasable by the Chief of Police of his
designated agent..

this ordihahce, after the exclusion of such part or parts shall be deemed and

Section 3, All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed insofar as they are in conflict.
Section 4, The proVisiohs of this ordinance shall become -effective
April 5 197b,
