Section 1. Section 3=49 of the Code of the City of Miathiti Florida,
is amended by. increasing the fee provided therein and by establishing a new fee

as herein set forth, to wit:,.
Sec. 3-49, Identification card required.
Every. employee, or person under contract for.services
and registered as provided in section'3-48 shall have an
identification.card issued to them.by.the city. Such
persons shall have such identification card available at
all times durinq services under contract. or employment.
.The fee for the issuance of such, identification card shall.
be €we five dollars. Such. identification.card shall. be
valid for a period of one year, and shall be renewed upon
expiration if the employee or person under contract is to
continue working.
Section 2. If any. section, part of section, paragraph,, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining provisions
of this ordinance shall not, be affected.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances, insofar as they
are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, are hereby
repealed.
Section 4.
The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective
on April 5, 1976.
