FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subsection 38=16 of the Code of the City of Miami,
/
Florida, as amended, is amended in the following particulars:
Sec: 38-16; Identification card - Issuance; contents; fee,
Every employee or person under contract for services;
registered as provided in section 38-15, shall have an
identification card issued to them by the city, and such
,persons should carry such identification card at all times
during services under contract or employment, The fee for
the issuance of such identification card shall be twe five
' dollars. The identification card shall have the name of
the employee, present address,..name and address of employer,
physical description and photograph exhibited on it.
Section 2. If any section, part of section,. paragraph, clause,
phrase, or word of thisordinance is declared` invalid, the remaining provisions.
of this ordinance shall not be affected.`
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances, insofar as they
are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective
1976.

ENCLOSURES:
Attached are six ordinances in which changes in fees and service
charges have been made and a fact sheet explaining the details of
these changes. The proposed increases in fees will result in an
estimated $35,810 additional revenues in the Police Department
this fiscal year and an additional $122,147 next fiscal year pro-
vided the ordinances are passed and become effective March 1.
