you Monday concerning the EDA lobster grant.
We understand that the Riverside Baptist Church
office space can be rented at $4.00 per square foot;
however, if this space could be utilized rent free, we
could use these funds for direct benefits to qualified
participants in the program. We hope that the City of
Miami will agree for us to occupy this space for one
year.. I am sure that the advantages accruing to the
people of Miami from this program will more than offset
the rental.

assistance.
