A RESOLUTION TERMINA'INO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI AND MR. PAUL
WEBER FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AS A
CLAIMS SUPERVISOR EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 29,
1976.
WHEREAS, Paul Weber has performed services for the
City of Miami as a professional claims specialist under an
agreement expiring July 31, 1976 authorized by the City Com-
mission; and
WHEREAS, the City's self --insurance program has already
been organized under Mr. Weber's supervision; and
WHEREAS, on March 1, 1976, the City Attorney saw fit
to appoint Mr. Weber as Assistant to the Department Director
of the Law Department, and he, together with Mr. Weber, recommend
and request termination of the aforesaid agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF

THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
ITEM NO.
Section 1. The agreement between the City of Miami
and Mr. Paul Weber for professional services as a Claims Super-
visor scheduled to expire July 31, 1976 be and the same is hereby
terminated at the request of Mr. Weber effective February 29, 1976.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25 day of MARCH , 1976.
