RESOLUTION NO. 76 346
• A RESOLUTION AtUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO SPEND UP TO $15,000 FOR PURCHASE OF
MATERIAL AND FOR INSTALLATION OF IRRICA,-
TION SYSTEM IN THE ORANGE BOWN STADIUM,
EITHER BY CONTRACT, CITY FORCES OR A
COMBINATION THEREOF,
WHEREAS, in order to meet the time schedules to
complete the turf at the Orange Bowl Stadium it is necessary
to authorize the City Manager to spend up to $15,000 for
Purchase of Material and for Installation of Irrigation
System; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for this project from
the $100,000 provided by Resolution No. 7676 aledi. e
1976.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to spend up to $15,000 for Purchase of Material and
for Installation of Irrigation System in the Orange Bowl Stadium,
either by contract, City forces or a combination thereof.
