ENCLOSURES:
Final election tally nformation was transmitted to th City Commission and the
City Manager by memorandum this date.
It has been brought to our attention that discrepancies exist between our final
figures and those furnished by Dade County. This is due to a 4-day extensive
auditing procedure conducted by the staff of the City Clerk's Office in which
numerous errors were discovered.
We conducted this audit of the March 9, 1976 election prior to the figures being
submitted to the Commission for canvass after numerous errors were discovered in
the November 1975 election.
The information sent on March 16, 1976 is correct.
