RESOLUTION NO,._ 76-329
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION
OF COLEGIO MONTORI FOR USE OF 5565 WEST
FLAGLER STREET TO HOLD A CARNIVAL ON
MAY 2+ 1976, SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENT'S
LISTED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
Section 1. The application of Colegio Montori for
use of 5565 West Flagler Street to hold a carnival on May 2,
1976 is hereby approved, subject to the following requirements:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period ex-
ceeding seven (7) days, nor shall any one location be used more
often than once a year.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on
ride activities.
•4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide
separate sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.

6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the preinlses.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off duty policemen that the Department feels
are necessary to direct traffic and provide for security will be
employed by the permit holder.
8. Operations must conform to noise level requirements
