A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE FEE FOR THE USE
OF BAYFRONT AUDITORIUM ON NOVEMBER 13 AND
DECEMBER 19, 1976, FOR .THE TOYS FOR TOTS
PROGRAM BALL AND PARTY SPONSORED BY THE
ARCHDIOCESE OF MIAMI, SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT
OF NECESSARY EXPENSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The fee for the use of Bayfront Auditorium
on November 13th and December 19th, 1976, for the Toys for
Tots Program Ball and Party sponsored by the Archdiocese of
Miami is hereby waived, subject to the payment of necessary
expenses.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25 day of MARCH , 1976.

Well, we are already thinking about Toys for Tots and the Birthday all
for next year! As you read in the copy of the report we sent you, our
Toys for Tots effort was one of the most successful in the country. This
is due to the hard work of men like Warrant Officer Charles Hale and the
support of the City of Miami and others.
We are thinking of holding our Ball on Saturday, November 13, which is
our Toys for Tots kickoff and our party on December 19. Again we would
appreciate the City's assistance by donating the use of the Bayfr.ont
Auditorium for the two events.
Any advice you can provide on securing these two favors would be greatly
appreciated,
