A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT
COURT THE USE OF BAYFRONT AUDITORIUM ON MARCH 1,
1976, APRIL 7, 1976,• JUNE 2, 1976, SEPTEMBER 1,
1976 AND NOVEMBER 3, 1976 FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLD-
ING IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICES, WAIV-
ING THE USUAL RENTAL FEE; THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT
COURT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF NECESSARY
PERSONNEL AND LIABILITY INSURANCE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The United States District Court is hereby
granted the use of Bayfront Auditorium on March 1, 1976,
April 7, 1976, June 2, 1976, September 1, 1976 and November
3, 1976 for the purpose of holding Immigration and Naturaliza-
tion Services, waiving the usual rental fee, the United States
District Court to be responsible for the cost of necessary
personnel and liability insurance.

1976.

Please place the request of Judge C. Clyde Atkins,
United States District Court, to hold immic*ration
and naturalization services in the Bayfront Park
Auditorium on the following dates:
March 1, 1976
April 7, 1976
June 2, 1976
September 1, 1976
November 3, 1976
on the City Commission's agenda for February 26.
In behalf of the court, at this same time we should
consider waiver of the usual rental fee, with the
court being responsible for the cost of personnel
and liability of insurance premiums.
