AND LVJiCl J,Lr iJJ Ca.t:y ? to:ncy MAYOR "SUP per,•-...� FOLLOW_, . 41 fr ttPdtqg 3/2 /75 A G.._R E_ H M._ E_ N T This Agreement entered into by and between the CITY OF MIAMI, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, herein- after referred to as "the City", and RALPH ALLEN, hereinafter referred to as "Allen", amending a previous agreement between the parties which was entered into on the- 17th day of December, 1970.tie ft��i", �``°f-- W i T N E S S E T H: tom` ` , WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into an agreement whereby Allen would operate a pro shop, golf cart rental, provide golfing instructions, and provide golf profes- sional ser ices; at the City of Miami golf course at Miami Springs; anc.. WHEREAS, the parties desire that Alien provide a loca- tion within the pro shop for the collection of green fees; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and affirmations as herein set forth, and other good and valuable consideration, the parties mutually agree as follows: That the existing agreement which was entered into by the parties, on December 17, 1970, be amended to include the folly ing provision which shall be inserted as subparagraph (g) of paragraph 4, USE: (g) Allen shall designate a portion of the pro shop, subject to the approval of the City Manager, for the purpose of - J PP Y 9 p F .,, collecting green fells, 46 • ei "SkPP T- hVVE DOCU FOLLOW),. is Allen shall have available tie cash registers in order to separate City bf Miami Cash redeipts from his owrn sales, One of which registers shall be furnished for his use by the City With title rights and interest in said register remaining vested in the City. ii. Allen shall collect green fees each day between daylight and dusk and shall also issue tickets to persons paying the green fees in accordance with the following provisions. iii. All tickets for green fees shall be supplied by the City of Miami. These tickets will be printed — in four parts: pro's copy, starter's copy, records -- and accounting. .Alien shall.. :incorporate the accounting procedures associated with the collection of green fees in accordance , .i.th those procedhr~es as dc_scrTc d in paragraph (g), subparagraph iii. This Agreement will be in effect for a trial period of six months from date of execution hereof and if satisfactory to Allen and. the Director of t:hc Department of Parks and Recreation of the City, said Agreement will continue for the length of the existing Agreement dated December 17, 1970. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement on the day and date first above written.
