CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-30S
A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE CERTIFICATE OF CON-
VENIENCE AND NECESSITY ISSUED TO MIAMI MINI
ALIADOS INC. (HENRY PING) APPROVED BY RESOLUTION
74-1240 FOR NON=OPERATION FOR A PERIOD IN EXCESS
OF EIGHT MONTHS,
WHEREAS, Section 56-18 of The Code of the City of Miami,
Florida, provides that a Certificate of Convenience and
Necessity shall be subject to revocation by the City Commission
where it appears that the operator has failed or neglected
for a period of eight months during any calendar year to
render the full service authorized by the Certificate, and
WHEREAS, Miami Mini Aliados, Inc. (Henry Pino), the
holder of Certificate of Convenience and Necessity which was
approved by Resolution 74-1240, has not operated mini buses
under said Certificate since May, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the Police Department recommends the revocation
of said Certificate of Convenience and Necessity issued pur-
suant to Resolution 74-1240,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE

Section 1. The Certificate of Convenience and' —Necessity
issued to Miami Mini Aliados, Inc. (Henry Pino)for the opera-
tion of eight (8) mini buses is hereby revoked.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25 day of MARCH 1976.
