A RESOLUTION GRANTING USE OF THE MIAMI BASEBALL
STADIUM TO THE AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL PROGRAM,
10TH AND 14TII DISTRICT, ON OPEN DATES SUITABLE
TO THE CITY OF MIAMI, WITH TIME STIPULATION THAT
ACCEPTABLE INSURANCE WILL BE PROVIDED THE CITY
AND PROVIDING FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR ALL EVENT
PERSONNEL, AND OTHER COSTS BORNE BY THE CITY,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the American Legion Baseball Program,
loth and 14th District, be granted use of the Miami Baseball
Stadium on open dates suitable to the City of Miami, with the
stipulation that acceptable insurance will be provided the
City, and providing for advance payment for all event personnel,
and other costs borne by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25 day of MARCH , 1976.

I am presenting this request for the use of the .'iami Stadium, for use
by the American Legion Baseball League, with all the stipulations as
granted to us under Resolution No. 75.369. This will cover open dates
at the Stadium, unless otherwise rented for a particuler date.
I also again ask for a waiver on the Insurance charge, as all tears will
again carry the same coverage as in previous request.
I am most grateful for the courtesy shown this program by the Stadium
manager and the Commission in the past years and sincer. oly hope that
our request will again be favored.
