AND DISCONTINUING THE PUBLIC USE oP N.W. 11TH
STREET ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 280' NORTHWEST OF
N.W. 14TH STREET AND OF HIGHLAND ROAD APPROXI=
MATELY 101' OF N.W. 14TH TERRACE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH TENTATIVE PLAT N0. 935-A "BISCAYNE CIVIC
CENTER PLAZA"
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting
February 23, 1976,
adopted Resolution
of
Item No. 7(a), following an advertised Hearing,
No. ZB 40-76 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending
the official vacation and closure of N.W. llth Street Road,
approximately 280' northwest of N.W. 14th Street and of Highland
Road approximately 370' northwest of N.W. 14th Street and
approximately 101' of N.W. 14th Terrace, in accordance with
Tentative Plat No. 935-A "BISCAYNE CIVIL CENTER PLAZA";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. N.W. llth Street Road, approximately 280'
northwest of N.W. 14th Street and of Highland Road approximately
370' northwest of N.W. 14th Street and approximately 101' of N.W.
14th Terrace, in accordance with Tentative Plat No. 935-A
"BISCAYNE CIVIL CENTER PLAZA" be and the same is hereby closed,
vacated, abandoned and discontinued

No objectors were at the meeting.
No objections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this street closure has been prepared by
the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
