A RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
FILE A VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL IN THE SUPREME COURT
OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO DISMISS THE PETITION
FOR CERTIORARI IN THE LITIGATION STYLED MYERS V.
CITY OF MIAMI.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby instructed to
file a voluntary dismissal in the Supreme Court of the State
of Florida to dismiss the Petition for Certiorari in the
litigation styled Myers v. City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4 day of MARCH
1976.
