A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A PERMIT To THE EDISON CENTER
MASONS FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES AT NORTH-
WEST 54T14 STREET AND IZTII AVENUE, ON
APRIL 14TH Ti-TROUGH APRIL 19TI-I, 1976,
SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section i.. That a permit be, and it is hereby authorized to be issued
to the Edison Center Masons for amusement rides at Northwest 12th Avenue
and 54th Street on April 14, through April 19, 1976, subject to the following
terms and conditions:
1, Such use shall not be established for a period
exceeding seven days, nor shall any one location
be used more often than once a year.
2, The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of
Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
4, The operators of the amusement rides will provide
separate sanitary facilities for both male and female
patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will nct
domicile on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
7, The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed by the permit holder.
