A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK OF SOLO
AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING CO., INC. FOR THE CITY
HALL AIR CONDITIONING IMPROVEMENTS (PHASE II)
1975 AT A TOTAL COST OF $12, 231.02 ; AND AU'THO 2IZ-
G A F NAL PAYMENT OF $4,131.02.

FOLLOW,
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
under the contract dated August 12, 1975 between the City of
Miami and Solo Air Conditioning & Heating Co., Inc., and the
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,etc.,
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract
have been furnished; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE

CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
Conditioning & Heating Co., Inc. for the CITY HALL - AIR
CONDITIONING IMPROVEMENTS (PHASE II) - 1975 at a total cost
of $12,231.02 is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Solo Air Conditioning
& Heating Co., Inc. a balance of $4,131.02 as full and final
payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
in connection with CITY HALL - AIR CONDITIONING IMPROVEMENTS
