THSREUNDER EoR CONTINUING PRoJECTB RELATING TO PHYSICAL ALTS ATioNS ANb IMRRoVtMENTS IN CITY BUILbINCS. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8474 appropriated the sum of $185,151.49 for the purpose of continuing projects related to physical alterations and improvements in city buildings for the fiscal year 1975-76; and WHEREAS, the final accounting of expenditures for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1975 reflected available funds in the amount of only $172,284.05 necessitating a reduction in the above appropriation. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 8474, adopted October 23, 1975, be the same is hereby amended in the following particulars:1/ "Section 1. The following funds for the listed purposes are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 1975-76, to continue these projects: Equipment & Furniture - City Hall City Hall - Electrical City Hall = Air Cond. Impr. 1975 Misc. Alt. & Add. to City Building Alt. & Improvements - Building Dept. Adoption of this ordinance was necessary to comply with standard accounting procedures employed by the City of Miami for fiscal record -keeping. The appropriation made by Ordinance No. 8474 requires additional information, and it is recommended that the attached amending ordi- nance be adopted so that the amounts can be adjusted.
