Home My WebLink AboutR-76-0225SRS/ts 2/17/76 RESOLUTION N0,76.225 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF E-Z GO CAR DIVISION, RECEIVED JANUARY 13, 1976, FOR FURN- ISHING TWENTY GOLF CARTS TO BE USED AT THE MELREESE AND MIAMI SPRINGS GOLF COURSES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE LISTED BELOW, FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHOR- IZING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING DIVISION TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER THEREFORttStPP RTIVE DOCUM `''°S WHEREAS, bids were received on January 13, 197tQjil VV furnishing twenty golf carts to be used at the Melreese and Miami Springs Golf Courses, for the Parks and Recreation Department; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the bid of E-Z Go Car Division for furnishing said twenty golf carts, in accordance with the schedule listed below, be accepted as the bid most advantageous to the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE "ROCUMENT INDEX CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: ITEM NO Section 1. The bid of E-Z Go Car Division, received on January 13, 1976, for furnishing twenty golf carts to be used at the Melreese and Miami Springs Golf Courses in accord- ance with the schedule listed below, for the Parks and Re- creation Department, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized and directed to instruct the Purchasing Division to issue a purchase order therefor: Quan.
