CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
RESOLUTION NO. 76215

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PROPER CITY OFFICIAL TO
PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE ATTENDANCE OF
RON SILVER, ESQ., AT THE 1975 AND 1976 INTERNATIONAL
FOUNDATION OF EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS CONFERENCE IN
THE OVERALL AMOUNT OF $480.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Retirement Plan Board of
Trustees has authorized the attendance of Ron Silver, Esq.,
the attorney for said Board of Trustees, at the 1975 and
1976 International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
Conference, and
WHEREAS, payment for said registration fees (1975; $270.00,
1976; $210.00) is to be made from the City of Miami Employees'
Retirement Plan Trust Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE

Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authoridfand
directed to instruct the proper city official to pay the
registration fees (1975; $270.00, 1976; $210.00) of Ron Silver,
Esq., attorney for the Retirement Plan Board of Trustees, for
his attendance at the international Foundation of Employee
Benefit Plans Conference, said overall amount of $480.00 to
be paid from the City of Miami Employees' Retirement Plan
Trust Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this26 day of FEBRUARY , 1976.
