A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLU-
TION NO, 75-1015 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED $IDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OP S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT - PHASE II H-4395 IN S.W. 22
STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PHASE
II - H-4395.
WHEREAS, at the Commission meeting of November 6,
1975 Resolution No. 75-1015 was passed which ordered a highway
improvement identified as S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT-
PHASE II - H-4395;
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public
hearing was held before the City Commission on January 22, 1976
as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No.
75-1015, which resolution ordered S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT - PHASE II - H-4395 in S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY

WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation--o€---said---
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said order-
ing resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for
sealed bids for the construction of said improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 75-1015 which
ordered S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT - PHASE II -
H-4395 in S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT -
PHASE II - H-4395 be

ENCLOSURES:
Th construction of approximately one half mile
pavement on the north and south ich of
S.W. 22 Street (coral Way) between
Avenue and S.W. 27 Avenue, including gutters and
urbing, landscaping and drainage facilities, was
ordered by the City Commission at theirmeeting of
Nvmber 6, 1975.
.IIs now in order to confirm the ordering resolution

wilL be held on January 22,1'476 at which time the
Commission wiLl hear objections to the confirmation
