A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OE
A PERMIT TO MIAMI NORTHWESTERN HIGH
SCI-TOOL FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES AT 7007 N. W.
12TH AVENUE ON FEI3RUARY 26, THROUGH 29,
1976, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDI-
TIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permit be, and it is hereby authorized to be issued
to Miami Northwestern High School for amusement rides at 7007 Northwest
12th Avenue on February 26, through 29, 1976, subject to the following terms
and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period «DOCUMENT INDEX
exceeding seven days, nor shall any one location"DOCUMENT
be used more often than once a year. ITEM N0.
2. The operators of the amusement rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of
Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide separate
sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed by the permit holder.
