A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A PERMIT TO THE GESU C tt p..cH FOR AMUSEMENT
ltUDES AT 118 N. E. 2ND STREET ON MAY I. and 2
1976, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permit be, and it is hereby authorized to be issued
to the Gesu Church for amusement rides at 118 Northeast 2nd Street on May 1,
and 2, 1976, subject to certain terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall. not be est.sblished for a period
exceeding seven days, nor shall any one location
be used more often than once a year.
2. The operators of the anslu ernent rides shall obtain
the necessary licenses, permits and Certificates of
Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride
activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide separate
sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen that the Depart-
ment feels are necessary to direct traffic and provide
for security will be employed by the permit holder.
