CITY OE MIAMI., BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIPICATION ON LOT 6 LEGS 51510NLY, BLOCtt
16, 8AY814011E UNIT NO. 2, Bt ING LOT EAST OP
5760 N.E. 5TH AVENUE, PROM R-1 (ONE FAMILY)
TO R=C (RESIDENTIAL oPPICE) DISTRICT; AND by
MAttING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING
DISTRICT MAP, MADE PART. OP THE SAID ORDINANCE
NO. 6871, BY REt±ERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN
ARTICLE III, SECTION 2 TiEREOP; BY REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF,IN
CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Zoning Board, at its
meeting of
adopted Resolution No. ZB 183-75 by a
recommending a Change of Zoning Classification as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it advisable and in
the best interest of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to
grant a change in zoning classification as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby
hearing
December 15, 1975, Item No.
6, following an advertised
7 to 0 vote
amended by changing the zoning classification on Lot 6, Less S15'
Only, Block 16, BAYSHORE UNIT NO. 2, being lot east of 5700
N.E. 5th Avenue, from R-1 (One Family) to R-C (Residential Office)
District; and by making the necessary changes in the zoning
district map made a part of Ordinance No. 6871 by reference and
description in Article III, Section 2 thereof.
Section 2. All laws or parts of laws in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed insofar as they are
in conflict.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this
ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be.
invalid, the same shall not affect the validityof the Ordinance.
