FROM R-1 (oNE FAMILY)TO C-2 (COMMUNITY,COMMERCIAL),
AND BY MAKING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING
DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART OF THE SAID ORDINANCE
No. 6871, BY REFERiNCE AND DESCRIPTION IN
ARTICLE III, SECTION 2 THEREOF; BY REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES,CODE SECTIONS, OR .PARTS THEREOF
IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY
PROVISION.
WHEREAS, the, City of Miami Zoning Board, at its meet-
:ing: of December . 1, 1975, Item No. 2, following an advertised
hearing
adopted Resolution No. ZB 172-75 by a 6 to 0 vote
(one
member abstained) recommending denial for change of zoning classi-.
fication, and
s 'HEREAS, the City Commission,notwithstanding the
recommendation of denial of the. Zoning Board, after careful.
consideration of this matter, deemsit advisable in the best
interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its
inhabitants to'grant a change in zoning classification as'here-
inafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No, 68,71, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is ,
hereby amended by changing' the zoning classificationof the
North 30' of Lots 13and .14, Block 1,.BOSCOBLE (7-72), being
N,E,
corner'of .S.t4..24th Avenue and S,W. lst Street, from R-1
'(One Family) to C-2 (Community Commercial) -District, and by malting
the..necessary changes in -the zoning district map made. a part
of Ordinance No. ' 6871 by reference and description. in Article II1,
Section 2 thereof.
