WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its
December 2, 1975, Item No• 1, following an advertised
meeting of Decemb
hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAH 61-75 by a•5 to 0 Vote
recomending an amendment to the Comprehensive

Zoning Ordinance No. 6871, as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Commission deems it advisable and in the
interest of. the City of Miami and its inhabitants to amend
best.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED.BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY. OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871 be andthe same is
