RESOLUTION NO,76=191
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUNDS AND FURTHER AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT THE GRANT AND
EXECUTE THE NECESSARY CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS
TO IMPLEMENT THE GRANT UPON RECEIPT OF THE SAID
GRANT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager be and is hereby author-
ized to submit a grant application to the United States Depart-
ment of Housing and Urban Development for Community Development
purposes.
Section 2. The City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to accept the grant and execute the necessary contracts .
and agreements to implement the grant upon receipt of the same.
