Lloyd ty' ttpx iNTER -C? f: }CE MEMORANDUM February 9, 1976 Claughton Island Special Planned Development District Resolution On February 12, 1975, the City Commission adopted two Resolutions concerning the Claughton Island Project. In Resolution No. 75-135 the City Commission issued a Development Order for Claughton Island, A Development of Regional Impact. The maximum residential density in- cluded in said Development Order was 73.6 dwelling units per acre. The Commission adopted Resolution No. 75-136 approving a Special Planned Development Application for Claughton Island. While the title appropriately showed a maximum residential density of 73.6 dwelling units per acre, the body of the Resolution contained a typographical error showing a maximum residential density of 58 dwelling units per acre. This typographical error was called to our attention by the developer. To prevent any misunderstanding regarding the maximum residential density this Department has prepared a Resolution amending Resolution No. 75-136 showing the proper maximum residential density of 73.6 dwelling units per acre.
