A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE SUM OF $5,000
FROM THE 1972 PARKS E'OR PEOPLE RECREATIONAL
FACILITIES BOND FUND TO PAY FOR APPRAISAL
SERVICES AND INCIDENTAL FEES IN THE CASE OF
CITY OF MIAMI VS. JOHN H. PATTERSON, ET AL.,
CIVIL CASE NO. 75-10961, PROJECT NO. 70.93, PARCEL
NO. 7093B. •
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 75-1169 allocated funds for the
acquisition of property on the Miami River, Project No. 7093,
Parcel No. 7093B, Civil Case, City of Miami vs. John H. Patterson,
et al., No. 75-10961; and
WHEREAS, now certain costs attending this lawsuit have
become due and payable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the sum of $5,000 is hereby allocated
from the 1972 Parks for People Recreational Facilities Bond fund.
Section 2. The Finance director by and he is hereby
authorized to pay Leonard A. Bisz, M.A.I. $500; Howard Delahanty,
M.A.I. $2,400; and Richard P. Brinker, Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Metropolitan Dade County, Florida $1,127.57.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS loth day of February, 1976.

Please be be advised that after this lawsuit was successfully
concluded, additional funds required to pay our appraisers
and the court costs are needed because it can never be
determined in the initial resolution authorizing us to
condemn property exactly what our expenses will be.
