A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT
TO THE MAHI SHRINE TEMPLE TO CONDUCT A CARNIVAL
IN CONJUNCTION WITH ITS ANNUAL CIRCUS TO BE HELD AT
FLAGLER KENNEL CLUB, 450 N. W, 37TH AVENUE, ON
MARCH 6 THROUGH 14, 1976, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN
TERMS AND CONDITIONS,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,.
FLORIDA:
Section 1, That a permit be, and is hereby, authorized to be issued
to the Mahi Shrine Temple to conduct a Carnival in conjunction with its Annual
Circus to be held at Flagler Kennel Club, 450 N. W. 37th Avenue, on March
6 through 14, 1976, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Such use shall not be established for a period exceeding
seven (7) days. nor shall any one location be used more
than once a year.
2. The operators of the Carnival shall obtain the necessary
licenses, permits and Certificate of Use.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide separate
sanitary facilities for male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not domicile
on the property.
6. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
7. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted and
the number of off -duty policemen that the Department feels
are necessary to direct traffic and provide for security will
be employed by the permit holder.
S. Operations must conform to noise level requirements as
set forth by the Director of the Building Department.
