WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice, sealed bids
were received November 10, 1975 for furnishing irrigation
supplies for Grapeland Heights Park and David T. Kennedy
Park; and
WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to 29 potential
suppliers and 10 bids were received as per the attached
tabulation; and
WHEREAS, funds for this purchase are available from
the Parks and Recreation Facility Bond Fund previously allo-
cated by Resolution 75-659, passed on July 17, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the items to be purchased are to build
the irrigation systems at Grapeland Heights Park and David T.
Kennedy Park; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department recom-
mends that the following bids be accepted as they

Pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids were received November 10,
1975 for furnishing irrigation supplies for Grapeland Heights
Park and David T. Kennedy Park.
Invitations were nailed to twenty-nine (29) potential suppliers
and ten (10) bids were received as per the attached tabulation.
Funds for this purchase are available from the Parks and Rec-
reation Facility Bond previously allocated by Resolution 75-659
dated July, 1975.
The items to be purchased are to build the irrigation systems
at Grapeland Heights Park and David T. Kennedy Park.
It is requested that a resolution be prepared accepting the
lowest bids from each bidder as follows:

OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bids for furnishing irrigation
systems supplies for Grapeland Heights Park and David T.
Kennedy Park at a total cost of $20,549.92 from the firms
listed on the attached SCHEDULE OF ACCEPTED BIDS, attached
hereto and made a part hereof, at the individual unit
prices shown on said Schedule for the particular number
of specific items shown on said Schedule,be and the same
are hereby accepted; with funds for this purchase having
