RESOLUTION NO. 76=149
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PROPER CITY
OFFICIALS TO SELECT A NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL
CIRCULATION IN MIAMI AND UADE COUNTY, FLORIDA
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PLACING AN ADVERTISEMENT
THEREIN FOR THE SALE OF DELINQUENT SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT LIENS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The proper City officials be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to select a newspaper of
general circulation in Miami and Dade County, Florida for the
purpose of placing an advertisement therein for the sale of
delinquent special improvement assessment liens.
