A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $11,000
FROM THE 1972 PARKS FOR PEOPLE BOND FUND FOR
PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR 46 NEST
FLAGLER MINI -PARK.
WHEREAS, on January 9, 1975 the City Commission
passed Resolution No. 75-19 authorizing the administration
to negotiate a contract for professional services for the
development of 46 West Flagler Mini -Park with O'Leary -Shafer
and Associates; and
WHEREAS, on April 10, 1975 the City Commission
passed Resolution No. 75-342 authorizing the City Manager
to enter into an agreement with the Consultants, O'Leary -
Shafer and Associates; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation
recommends the allocation of funds in the amount of $11,000

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The amount of $11,000 be and is hereby
allocated from the 1972 Parks For People Bond Fund for pro-
fessional design services for 46 West Flagler Mini -Park.

Resolution Request Allocation of
Funds for 46 "West Flagler Mini,Park
Ct. OSUREC.
The City of Miami, under the Parks for People Bond
Program, is developing an urban park at 46 West Flagler
Street. Pursuant to Resolution 75-342, the City Manager
has entered into an agreement with the Consultant firm
of OtLeary-Shafer and Associates for professional services
for the design and development of the park.
The Consultant has completed the Schematic Design Phase
of the park and it is now in order to allocate funds in the
amount of $1I, 000 for payment of professional design services.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION CF THE ATTACHED
RESOLUTION ALLOCATLNG SAID FUNDS.
