A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
BAYSHORE ESTATES! A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY
OF MIAMI, AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN
ON SAID PLAT, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of
Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled
BAYSHORE ESTATES;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled BAYSHORE ESTATES,
being a replat of Lot 33, of AMENDED PLAT OF ADEMAR PARK, as
recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 57, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and the unplatted area East of Lot 33, to the
bulkhead line, lying in the N.W. hi of Section 8, Township 53
South, Range 42 East, Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by
reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein
and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing
and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to
the perpetual use of the public, be and the same are hereby accepted
and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. Except for the construction of those
improvements provided for in the Agreement entered into between
the Owner and the Director of the Department of Public Works on
behalf of the City of Miami, Florida, dated October 10, 1975, the
requirements of Chapter 54, Section 54-20, Code of the City of
Miami, Florida, as to improvements to be made in
subdivisions will hereby expressly be waived.
Section 3. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both
of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Plat.

The Proposed Record Plat entitled I3AYSIIORE ESTATES is a subdivision
of a portion of previously platted property together with a portion
of unplatt:ed property. It is zoned R-1and is divided into eleven
lots, having an area of 3.8 acres. This plat is being forwarded to
your office for City Commission action.
The attached detailed report from the Department or Public Works
recommends the approval of the plat by the City Commission of Miami,
Florida, and certifies its correctness as to form.
Also attached are the following itemized papers necessary to present
the Plat to the City Commission of I4iarn:i.:

Print of proposed Record Plat
Agreement form pertaining to subdivision :improvements
Opinion of Title
Memorandum from the Dcoartzrtent of Planning pertaining

REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF
BAYSHORE ESTATES
A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY Ole' MIAMZI, FLORIDA
The accompanying Plat entitled BAYSHORE ESTATES was prepared
by i'lenceslao Ortega. It is in correct form for submission to the
City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be
approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property plat.tr,d As a subdivision of previously platted
property along; with a portion of unpl.atted property, zoned
R-1 and having; a total of eleven lots covering 3.8 acres.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of
Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Wenceslao Ortega, Registered Land Surveyor,
this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State
of Florida.
(4) By authority of Resolution No. 97-75, adopted July 21, 1975,
the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zoning
Board of I4iam_i
(5) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated September
11, 1975, signed by Wallace N. Maer, Attorney, indicates that
the fee simple title to the property platted is correctly
vested in T.R.A. Development Corporation, a Florida corporation,
and the Plat has been correctly executed.
(6) The area platted is encumbered by mortgage and the mortgage
holders have executed the Plat and joined in its dedications.
(7) In accordance with the requirements oI< jj-yl a t 54, Section
