AT A TOTAL COST OF $50,148.69 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $7,251.14 FOR THE N.W. 11 STREET PAVING PROJECT. WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June 20, 1975 between the City of Miami. and P. J. Constructors, Inc.; and WHEREAS., the work has been satisfactorily completed and P. J. Constructors, Inc. has furnished the required documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to "EOCU.MENT_ INDEX NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The completed work performed by P. J. Constructors, Inc. for N.W. 11 STREET PAVING PROJECT be and is hereby accepted at a total cost of $50,148.69. Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay P. J. Constructors, Inc. a balance of $7,251.14 as full and final payment for all work performed and all materials furnished in connection with the N.W. 11 STREET PAVING PROJECT. Constructors, Inc. has completed the full width street; .rebuilding including asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutters, sidewalk, modifications to existing positive drainage and landscaping on N. W. 1.1 Street between 22 and 23 Avenues. It is now in order for the Commission to accept the completed work and authorize final payment, after all conditions are mot. The construction was completed for $50,1,18.69, which was within the contract amount, and it was completed on time.
