A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORI{
PERFORMED SY HENRY beGRAFF & SON, INC. AT
A TOTAL COST OE' $20,189 AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT or $2 , 577 .62 FOR TIIE MARINE
STADIUM BARGE COVER 1975.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June
18,
1975 between the City of Miami and Henry DeGraff & San,
Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Henry DeGraff & Son, Inc. has furnished the required docu-
ments certifying that all bills for Labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF

Section 1. The completed work performed'"by dri'ry

at a total cost of $20,189 be and is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay Henry
DeGraff & son, Inc. a balance of $2,577.62 as full and final
payment for all work performed and all materials furnished in
connection with the MARINE STADIUM - BARGE COVER - 1975.

MARINE STADIUM BARGE COVER
1975 Resolution Authorizing
Final Payment

Henry DeOraff & Son, Inc. has completed the
furnishing and installation of a new vinyl
barge cover and support system at the Marine
Stadium.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept
the completed work and authorize final payment,
after all conditions are met. The,project was
completed for $20,1.89, which was within the
contract amount, and it was completed on time.
THE DEPARTMENT ENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE
ADOTI.OU OF A RESOLUTION ACCEPTIi'IG THE COMPLETED
WORK AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $2,577.62
