WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated January 20,
1975 between the City of Miami and Sullivan, Long & Hagerty;
and

WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily ci5"m(, pleted
and Sullivan, Long & Hagerty has furnished the required docu-
ments certifying that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Sullivan,
Long & Hagerty for N.E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360
(STORM SEWERS) BID "B" in N.E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT H-4360 (STORM SEWERS) BID "B" be and is hereby
accepted, at a total cost of $580,763.30.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay Sullivan,

Sullivan, Io & Hagrty has completed the
construction of drainage in connection with
the rebuildinE of N. E. 4th Court, between
54 and 79 Streets by another contractor.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept
the completed work and authorize final payment,
after all conditions are met. The construction
was complete.:1 for $5c30,763.30, which was within
the contract amount, and it-- was completed on time.
THE DEPARTME:iT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE
ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK AND AUTORIZTHO A FINAL PAYMENT OF $71,830.98
